Please take a minute to check out Rediker's Support Website. Under "documentation" there are manuals and videos to help you answer most questions. The manual for TeacherPlus is especially useful - a thorough, organized guide for all the important functions of our Gradebook software.

Downloading ActivInspire
If you need the latest version of the Promethean ActivInspire software, then go to the SUPPORT PAGE of the Promethean Planet site. You will need your ID to download anything (can create one using your email). Once you have done that, and have installed the software, contact me for the activation code.
If you have any questions about downloading and/or installing, please let me know!

Downloading and Using Videos
I showed you yesterday how to import videos into your flipcharts. You might be wondering, "where do I find these videos?" There are videos on YouTube, of course, but you can't always trust the content. Another service that is just as easy to navigate is TeacherTube.
Once you sign up for their free membership, you can download videos directly from their site. If you don't feel comfortable with that, then you can use another site to download the videos using the URL address (at the top of the page). There are several services out there that allow you to save in FLV (flash video) and MP4 formats:
KEEPVID
Zamzar
Media Converter
iDesktop.TV
Once you have a file - whether downloaded or created yourself - you can insert it into your flipchart by clicking INSERT - MEDIA - Select the file - Insert. You can re-size the video just like any other window.
